Leah and I are at it again! Do you suffer with Raynaud’s ? Acupuncture and yoga can be beneficial for managing Raynaud’s by addressing its symptoms and underlying causes. Our combo class can aid in the following: 1. Improved Circulation: Acupuncture stimulates blood flow, reducing the frequency and severity of Raynaud’s episodes. Yoga complements this by encouraging circulation through poses that open up blood vessels and improve oxygen delivery. 2. Stress Reduction: Both practices are effective for stress management, which can trigger Raynaud’s attacks. Acupuncture balances the nervous system, while yoga uses breathwork and mindfulness to promote relaxation. 3. Temperature Regulation: Acupuncture may help balance the body’s temperature responses, and yoga improves strength and metabolism, potentially enhancing the body’s ability to stay warm.
