PAUSED FOR THE SEASON Paddle and learn with Simply Fitness as you navigate a gentle introduction to paddle boarding. This can be a fun and pleasantly challenging way to increase your recreational activity. Sit, Kneel or Stand YOUR CHOICE. Book up to 5 participants individually in a session. * Separate Orders * Commune with nature - any fitness level can explore this.. Click the date and time of choice. If you do not see a date that works, shoot me a message:) Sessions are approximately 75 minutes. Paddleboard, life jacket and paddle provided, just bring yourself :) DISCLAIMERS *Book no less than 6 hrs ahead or call. *Must know how to swim. *Board weight limit is 375 lbs. *More than 15 minutes late results in forfeit of investment.
