Headed out earlier this week for a quick little jaunt to southern Indiana.
First Stop:
Paddled a short while… did a driving tour and of course these signs didn’t stop me from exploring! The dead end was a boggy area on the back side of the lake’s dam.
Scared a few Green Herons up along the way. Almost brought home this lucky black cat.
Freshwater bryozoans:
Go ahead you’re going to want to copy and paste this and look at everything that Google will describe. It’s not my first rodeo with these bad boys. Specially ones that look like butt cheeks!!!
The fire tower is closed for repairs! Honestly hoping to have climbed it.
My Airbnb was located in Clarksville. I never miss an opportunity to scoot over to Jeffersonville and take a gander and a stroll of the Big Four Bridge – Waterfront Park In addition to the mighty Ohio itself.
Rounded out my trip with some organized time with https://www.thewonetwork.com out of Louisville. Fabulous opportunity to share and support one another as women owned businesses - even across state lines.
