Cream rises to the TOP


Imposter syndrome is a psychological pattern where individuals doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent fear of being exposed as a fraud. Despite evident success, those experiencing imposter syndrome often attribute their achievements to luck rather than their own abilities.


One major consequence of imposter syndrome is self-doubt. This can lead to anxiety, stress, and a lack of confidence, impacting both personal and professional life. Individuals might overwork to compensate for their perceived inadequacies, leading to burnout.


To combat imposter syndrome, it's time to Celebrate Simply Fitness’ success!


While I would never label myself as having imposter syndrome, or even dealing with some of the stress, anxiety or lack of confidence…… Although,  I have been seeking support from mentors & clients - acknowledging my hard work and accomplishments.


Realizing cream rises to the Top!


Simply Fitness will be making some shifts over the next couple of months. Scaling and re-organizing! Adding and subtracting new and different offerings.


Every Monday night at 6 PM, Katie and Erica will continue to lead the Yin and Restorative classes. The slow flow yoga class on Wednesday nights will resume at the studio on August 14th. Holly Taylor, whom some of you may already know, will take over as the main instructor for this class throughout the fall and winter.


Prepare for an exciting year ahead as my women in business networking group, Mix Mingle & Manifest, gears up for 2025 with a flurry of activities. Anticipate enhanced educational sessions, lunch and learn opportunities, and various engagements aimed at maximizing our business growth.


 

Weekly assisted stretch sessions are still available!



Furthermore, paddleboard choices are available until October, depending on the weather.



 


Keep an eye out for upcoming retreat opportunities for all of you to participate in. This could include an overnight stay in a local area, a one-day event at my studio or a nearby venue, workshops on food preparation and stress relief... or brace yourselves for an overnight paddleboard experience chasing waterfalls in Tennessee in the spring of 2025.
